Aurelia Club provides bespoke travel concierge services and destination recommendations tailored to individual client requirements.

All travel arrangements, reservations and services are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the relevant third-party suppliers, including but not limited to hotels, airlines, villa providers, yacht charter companies, transportation providers and activity operators.

Aurelia Club acts as a travel concierge and intermediary service and does not own, operate or control the services provided by third-party suppliers.

Clients remain responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, travel insurance, health documentation and any other documentation required for travel. Where requested, Aurelia Club may assist with visa requirements and the application process; however, visa applications, eligibility, processing times and decisions remain subject to the requirements and discretion of the relevant authorities.

Aurelia Club shall not be liable for supplier failures, cancellations, delays, weather conditions, force majeure events or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

All quotations, recommendations and itineraries are subject to change until confirmed.
